Job Description
Your key deliverables will be…
· Developing, implementing and monitoring short term and long-term marketing plans for product ranges within budgets for enhancing productivity.
· Generating demand through innovative and creative approaches for media support in line with the priorities.
· Implementing the marketing plan – both state wise and product brand wise for increased volumes and market share
· Preparing briefs for new campaign/products launches with creative agencies post input from stakeholder teams – Product marketing, sales, customer care & business development.
· Undertaking all ATL / BTL led market interventions as per corporate branding policy, networking with the agency, sales, after sales and product development teams.
· Conceptualizing and implementing programs including EMPs, overseeing PR activities pertaining to new product launches and ongoing campaigns in coordination with the PR agency
· Managing new product launches on the digital platform, website up gradation and management including the existing website.
· Measuring ROI of all ATL/BTL campaigns, data mining of enquiries at all dealerships, recommending corrective actions for higher impact, reducing cost per enquiry and working towards improving PVPL spend productivity and impact.
· Guiding efforts towards enquiry generation and further sales conversion of all ATL / BTL campaigns.
· Coordinating all creative development for outdoor, CI, collaterals including POP and creating digital marketing platform including ideation and planning.
· Planning, evaluating, executing and analyzing media campaigns and monitoring competition campaigns / SOV, monitoring FAN process and timelines.
· End to end website management with search engine optimization implementation
· Executing timely language translations in vernacular and coordinate closures
· Managing vendors, code creation and vendor payment coordination, POS printing and distribution, quality check and evaluation of vendors for optimized results and enquiry generation.
· Updating relevant content, leveraging on influencer marketing and content marketing, implementing social media marketing on various digital and e-commerce platforms
· Engaging digital space for e-mailers, ensuring traffic spikes and monitoring hits and conversions.
· Coordinating PR for BTL campaigns, events and launches at the local level, monitoring competition campaigns, events and provide feedback.
· Mapping enquiries from all marketing mediums sharing with field team for necessary actions.
