Marketing Manager – Go To Market
Part time – 3 days per week
Location: London, Sheffield, Bristol, York or Norwich based (50% hybrid working)
Salary: circa £40,000- £45,000 (national), circa £50,000 - £55,000 (London) – pro rated
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable marketing professional to join our Direct Wealth Go-to-Market (GTM) team on a job share basis, working three days per week. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with the existing GTM Direct Wealth Marketing Manager.

A bit about the job:
Our Direct Wealth GTM team is divided into two focused squads: Awareness & Consideration, and Acquisition & Retention. This role will sit in the Acquisition & Retention squad, you'll be at the forefront of driving commercial excellence through innovative campaigns and strategies. Your mission? To achieve ambitious trading goals in collaboration with the Direct Wealth business and Centres of Excellence.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and results-driven, with a strong ability to identify and act on opportunities that drive commercial success. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the role requires seamless coordination, shared accountability, and mutual support within the job share partnership.
Responsibilities of this role will include:
• Ability to effectively translate objectives and goals into impactful marketing plans and deliveries
• Management of marketing budgets, ensuring ROI is maximised
• Build strong relationships and influence teams across GTM, Digital, Data, and CoE.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
• Strong performance and trading marketing skills
• Passion for the numbers and good understanding of the business commercials
• Proven marketing experience across all disciplines is preferable
• Good understanding of FCA rules and regulations
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into impactful activities
