Job Title : Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Bangalore
Salary: 10 LPA - 12 LPA
Experience : 7-8 years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies
Key responsibilities:
Identifying and testing new digital channels and tolls
Researching and implementing new marketing and the latest trends
Measuring and reporting the return on investments and key performance indicators Using web analytic tools to monitor site traffic.
Helping optimize the user experience on the company’s website and assisting with
the creation of the landing page.
Tracking consumer purchase behavior
Gaining potential leads and transforming them into customers.
Optimizing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
Ensuring to create brand-aligned content, post at an agreed time and deal with any positive or negative comments.
Playing a vital role in planning and executing various marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Coordinate logistics, manage event calendars and ensure promotional materials are available.
Qualification:
A Bachelor’s Degree with fundamental knowledge about marketing concepts, business strategy, market research, and customer behavior.
Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other
departments.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
Ability to analyses consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
Strong project management and managerial skills.
Preferred qualifications:
Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO Tools,
Social Media Management Tools)
Experience with graphic design software (E.g., Abode Creative Suite, Canva) Familiarity with CRM tools (E.g., Salesforce) Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (E.g., Word Press)
