About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to help drive national brand campaigns across TV, audio, digital, and non-traditional channels. The successful candidate will be a strategic and critical thinker, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and adjust project timelines to balance scope of work with internal and agency teams' capacities.
Collect critical 'need by' deliverable or decision dates and partner with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Lead and organize project meetings with clear objectives, documented outcomes, and defined next steps.
Assist in creative production for key assets, including script development and feedback with agencies.
Drive collaboration across teams by leading team meetings with stakeholders.
Facilitate internal circulation of campaign elements to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Work with agencies and internal teams to organize media specs, channel requirements, and best practices.
Track versioning, feedback, and direction provided to the agency and ensure all inputs are addressed.
QA all creative materials and ensure flawless execution of final assets.
Coordinate seamless delivery of final assets and launch times to corresponding teams.
Act as a steward of our brand, ensuring creative meets brand and legal guidelines.
Drive claims substantiation and network clearance for TV commercials.
Initiate purchase order requests and organize project estimates and invoices for billing reconciliation.
Requirements:
Consumer packaged goods or technology consumer goods experience preferred.
National television advertising experience desired.
Business acumen, strategic judgment, and good creative instincts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
