Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) - Mayfair, London
Contract Type: Fixed term: immediate start until October 2025, Full-time: 40 hours a week
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in supporting Les Ambassadeurs businesses and their associated brands and channels.
This maternity cover position is on a fixed-term basis, ideally starting in August 2024 and continuing until October 2025.
Job Responsibilities
• Promotions & Campaigns: Responsibility for executing and delivering planned promotions, campaigns, and activities across all marketing channels.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including senior management, compliance, and finance, to ensure all marketing activity is conducted within regulatory guidelines, and with clarity and transparency for our customers across all channels.
• Communication Deployment: Create and deploy email and SMS campaigns using the preferred CRM platform, ensuring that all campaigns fall within the compliance, marketing and GDPR framework.
• Campaign Response Analysis: Work closely with the business analysis / finance team to ensure that all campaigns have KPI’s set prior to execution and that the success of the campaigns are monitored and information is provided back to senior management in a consumable format with narrative around any results and opportunities for improvement.
• Restaurant Brand Management: Oversee all marketing activities for the restaurant brand, working closely with the restaurant director,
• Brand Standards: Act as the brand guardian to ensure brand standards are maintained across all channels and manage any branding-related queries.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and deploy social media posts.
• Web Content Coordination: Collaborate with the web content manager to make changes and updates to the suite of websites.
• Team Management: Manage a team of 2, ensuring they meet their goals and deadlines.
Essential Knowledge
• Professional Marketing qualification desirable. Has a good understanding of websites as a marketing tool.
• An understanding of the principles of CRM campaign deployment, data management and analysis.
• Experience within the gaming industry is highly desirable.
• Well-developed and effective communicator with good listening skills.
• Builds relationships with internal & external suppliers/customers.
