Job Title: Marketing Manager (Performance marketing) (Fintech)

Persolkelly is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
Organize and manage offline events, including conferences, trade shows, and seminars, to strengthen brand visibility and engage with clients.
Oversee event planning, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and on-site execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of offline events with digital marketing efforts.
Partner with creative teams to produce engaging marketing materials and collateral for online and offline platforms.
Track and assess campaign effectiveness using analytics tools, monitor key performance indicators, and refine strategies.
Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing campaigns and event execution.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and event management in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Proven experience in organizing and executing offline events such as conferences, trade shows, and seminars.
Exceptional project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for effective collaboration across various teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions and optimize strategies.
Proficiency in both Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
