Do work that matters:
As a Marketing Manager, Planning and GTM, you will play an important role in driving excellence across the Consumer Marketing team.
You will focus on key areas to deliver collective and individual achievement including culture, capability, enablement and strategy. You will coordinate activities across Consumer Marketing to help deliver shared priorities of the business and drive consistency and efficiency of marketing campaigns.

Consumer Marketing is a Centre of Excellence (CoE) within the Marketing and Corporate Affairs function at CommBank.
The Planning and GTM team works across the Consumer Marketing team to help deliver both the Marketing and Corporate Affairs and the Retail Bank's priorities. Our team partners closely with other CommBank Marketing CoEs including Brand & Creative, Business & Institutional Marketing, Media, and Customer Insights and Research.
On any given day you will:
Coordinate GTM planning across the team to optimise impact and effectiveness.
Support cross team reporting, analysis and communication of insights.
Manage budgets and reporting to support the operational efficiency of the team.
Prepare presentations and other communications tools to support key business priorities.
Shape the culture of the team by helping to deliver the engagement and culture plan.
Support the execution of projects across marketing to drive positive outcomes.
Importantly, you will also:
Adapt and drive a strong risk culture in the team.
Maintain a values-based approach to work and way of working.
Adhere to CommBank’s Code of Conduct.
