NetSuite’s Marketing Team plays a key role in driving this growth and consequently is looking for a results-oriented Marketing Manager. With a focus on volume and velocity through the funnel, you will be responsible for defining and executing allbound campaigns. Combining impactful demand generation and Sales activation elements, you will ensure Marketing’s contribution to pipeline and ARR.

Responsibilities

Planning and Execution
• Plan and manage the execution of allbound marketing campaigns & activities to address our target audience - in line with geographic, segment, vertical and/or product alignment:
• Using the full marketing mix and appropriate tactics to generate demand, nurture/accelerate through funnel and close deals.
• Leveraging & optimizing existing assets and identifying content gaps – proposing messaging & asset creation to address these.
• Working with the wider EMEA Marketing team to ensure reach and amplification through available channels and engagement & impact through aligned Sales teams as appropriate.

Optimisation
• Refine and optimise campaigns to maximise return on investment, with a focus on volume and velocity in lead generation and conversion through the sales funnel.
• Embed nurture programmes, retargeting and ABM tactics to maximise the reach and impact of our campaigns.
• Seeks out opportunities to incorporate a ‘digital first strategy (with a focus on channel & platform innovation/tooling) to drive campaign efficiencies and best-practice through our day-to-day working.

Campaign Analysis and Reporting
• Review the performance of campaigns across all channels with marketing management. Provide detailed analysis and commentary, make recommendations and implement changes where necessary, to ensure campaign impact.
• Forecast and monitor ongoing target attainment (MQLs, SQLs, Opps/pipeline, Logos/ARR) and work with the wider Marketing team to recommend appropriate actions to achieve and exceed expectations.

Stakeholder Management and Communication
• Develop and deliver campaign briefings and provide the necessary information and support to aligned Sales teams and relevant business units, to ensure each campaign is a success.
• Work closely with aligned Sales and Marketing stakeholders to align on priority regions/segments/verticals/products
• Maintains an open and collaborative relationship with key stakeholders to plan activity, report on campaign performance and obtain feedback.
• Manage third-party vendors and publishers to maximise reach and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

We are looking for a self-starter, a hands-on executer with strong project management and communication skills who can multi-task and confidently manage both internal and external stakeholders.
• Marketing qualifications (preferable).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B Marketing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – copywriting skills is a plus.
• Software and technology experience.
• Attention to detail, follow-through and deadline compliance.
• Must be data-driven and able to analyse and interpret data competently.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience of working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures

Responsibilities

As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.
