• Develop and analyze marketing performance metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and recommend optimizations.
• Oversee various marketing operations initiatives, ensuring timely project completion and adherence to the operational roadmap.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to align marketing operations with organizational objectives and facilitate efficient data systems integration.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations by implementing appropriate compliance processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert in marketing operations, sharing insights and expertise with both internal teams and external partners.
Required Skills
• Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in interpreting marketing analytics to inform strategy.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-department collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience in data management, including hygiene, segmentation, and governance practices.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and compliance best practices.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations or a comparable role.
