Job Description
Location: On-Site | Texas City, TX
Company: Falcontail Marketing & Design

Your Next Chapter Starts Here.
Falcontail Marketing & Design—a fast-rising boutique agency at the intersection of story, strategy, and style—is hiring a full-time, on-site Marketing Operations Specialist to keep our creative engine running with precision and momentum.
This is a hands-on, detail-critical role. From launch to delivery, you'll manage the moving parts of brand campaigns, ensuring every asset, deadline, and deliverable is accounted for. Whether it's updating websites, setting up video project files, formatting proposals, or reviewing content before it goes live—you are the last line of defense before a project hits the real world.
Before you apply: This role requires at least 2 years of professional experience in marketing, design, or a closely related field—or a degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or similar. You must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and comfortable working in WordPress. If that's not you yet, we encourage you to keep building your skills and revisit us down the road.
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
What You'll Do
Upload and schedule social media content using assets from our creative team. Coordinate internal deadlines and project milestones across active client campaigns. Update websites using WordPress and page builders —coding knowledge is a plus. Embed forms, upload videos, manage redirects, and handle page-level SEO including AIO.
Format, finalize, and proof proposals, reports, presentations, and PDFs using the Adobe Suite. Upload and organize raw video files; help set up basic project templates for video editors. Manage listings and assets across Google My Business, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite. Assist with pulling analytics across platforms and presenting them in a visually readable way.
Ensure asset libraries and folder systems are logically structured and consistently labeled. Support cross-channel campaign execution with timely, accurate, and organized implementation. Assist with setting up tracking pixels, managing tag placements, and verifying proper integrations.

What You Bring
Required: At least 2 years of experience in marketing, design, or a related field—or a degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or similar. A design background with a trained artistic eye. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Working knowledge of WordPress and page builder platforms. Meticulous attention to detail, especially under deadlines.
Strong project coordination instincts and the ability to track five to ten tasks at once. Social scheduling experience via Meta Business Suite or third-party platforms. Strong organization and file management habits, both digital and physical. Experience with Google Workspace, especially Gmail, Sheets, and Drive.
Nice to have: Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Mailchimp, Gravity Forms, or Zoho. Experience managing or assisting in the setup of video projects or editing workflows. Coding knowledge for more advanced WordPress customization.

Why On-Site Matters
We're not on-site for the sake of it. Our team operates on an in-house cloud infrastructure, collaborates through frequent working sessions, and covers live events throughout the region. Being physically present isn't just preferred—it's essential to how we work. If you're looking for remote or hybrid, this isn't the role for you.
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, on-site only
PTO: 2 weeks annually (10 business days, scheduled with approval) plus 5 company-wide holidays
Overtime: Rare; paid at 1.5x for approved hours over 40/week
Professional Development: In-house training, skill-building opportunities, and growth tailored to your individual strengths
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
Why You'll Love It Here
We're building the company around the team—not the other way around. That means you'll have real input on client direction, not just task execution. It means monthly team lunches where we actually talk. And it means your growth path here gets shaped by what you're good at and where you want to go, not by a one-size-fits-all ladder.
You're not looking to coast—you want to be part of a team that aims to overdeliver. You get satisfaction from a perfectly proofed PDF and a tidy project board. You like being the operational backbone that makes creative work look effortless. You thrive on bringing order to chaos and giving structure to good ideas. You want your work to matter—and to get better every month.
