Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing relationships with schools and colleges in and around Indore. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.
Required Candidate profile:
We are looking for candidates with with ability and proven accomplishments in handling business development/outreach/marketing initiatives and who have good rapport with schools, colleges and institutions present in the territory and experience in handling marketing (outreach) initiatives. Candidates must have atleast 2 years of experience in handling Marketing and Outreach initiatives of an organization.
We want people who:
• have the ability to initiate, manage and nurture large business accounts, thus generating a sizable revenue share.
• have sound articulating abilities and impeccable presentation skills
• are excellent influencer and strategic thinker
• have strong analytical ability
• have exceptional inter-personal skills and multi-tasking ability
• have ability to handle complex conversations/situations with ease
• are innovative and goal-oriented
• are on the whole effective Business driver
