Job Description
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Content Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our marketing efforts and help shape how our brand shows up across digital platforms.
This is an important role within our company. We need someone with strong writing skills, good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to execute at a high level. The right person will manage content across our website, blog, LinkedIn, and social channels, while keeping everything polished, consistent, and aligned with the company’s broader goals.
We already have in-house SEO support in place, so this is not a strategy role. We’re looking for someone who can take direction, understand the thinking behind the recommendations, and implement them thoughtfully and effectively across our digital presence.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing LinkedIn and social media publishing
• Writing blog content, website copy, and marketing materials related to our services and projects
• Updating and maintaining website content in WordPress
• Implementing SEO recommendations across pages and posts
• Supporting Google Ads and broader digital marketing initiatives
• Helping maintain a refined, current, and cohesive online presence
While many website updates are relatively straightforward, the real value of this role is in understanding our business, our standards, and the technical nature of our industry. Lumina operates in a specialized segment of event production, and we’re looking for someone who can learn that world and communicate it with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
