Main Tasks
• Communicating with customers on all aspects of our business including on new products, innovation opportunities, events
• Supporting the Account Managers and customers with marketing material as required
• Monitoring industry and competitor activity to keep up to date with trends
• Developing and writing marketing material including newsletters, event material, promotional items (eg calendars)
• Planning and coordinating the UK & Ireland customer seminar and webinars as agreed
• Arranging sponsorship of appropriate industry opportunities, booking exhibitions and developing stands and/or relevant material, securing speaking opportunities
• Responsible for advertising and editorial
• Exploring and assessing new opportunities for communicating with customers
• Working in an international Marketing team (central North Europe)
• Travelling is expected
Qualifications
• Native English speaker
• Background in food/dairy technology
• Experience in how to communicate and build relationship with customers
• Experience in the organization of seminars
• Working on own responsibility
• CIM qualification
