Our Management Training Program is designed to cultivate future business leaders in the dynamic field of direct marketing. This intensive 6 to 12-month program offers a unique blend of hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development, preparing you to own and operate your own direct marketing firm in partnership with Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities:
* Master direct marketing strategies and techniques through practical application.
* Lead and motivate a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
