Ansarada is searching for a results-driven Marketing Specialist who loves making meaningful connections with our customers.

What's the job about?

In this role, you will have the chance to directly impact revenue growth by generating demand and accelerating sales cycles through executing multi-channel marketing programs for named accounts.

Your creativity and strategic thinking will be critical in developing industry focused programs that align with ABM team objectives and meet the unique needs of the regional market. With your exceptional communication and organizational skills, you will also be responsible for executing engaging face-to-face meetings, content and digital campaigns that drive pipeline goals for the team and region.

Some of the key activities of this role include:
Collaborate with the ABM Marketing Manager, Inside Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to identify new programs, tools, and processes, and implement a rolling 6-month marketing plan for each territory.
Plan and execute personalised, industry-focused marketing campaigns and events for key named accounts.
Manage and attend a variety of marketing events, including dinners, drinks receptions, and client hospitality experiences (e.g., sports or spa days).
Track and report on pipeline performance, including MQLs, SQLs, qualified opportunities, and bookings contribution.
Communicate and advocate for marketing initiatives, collateral, tools, success stories, and events to the regional sales team.
Support pipeline progression and conversion by aligning with sales teams and providing personalised follow-up after meetings and events.
Represent Ansarada at customer and sales engagements to strengthen relationships and support account growth.
What were looking for:
Proven experience in SaaS marketing in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skilled in defining target personas, crafting messaging, and aligning stakeholders to execute multi-touch marketing plans that drive pipeline progression (suspects, MQLs, SQLs, and closed-won revenue).
Thrives in a high-energy, creative, and metrics-driven team environment; collaborative, flexible, and supportive of others.
Customer-obsessed and naturally curious marketer.
Experienced in planning and executing cohesive event strategies, including messaging, audience targeting, and logistics.
Comfortable working global hours and open to interstate travel.
Proficient with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, MailChimp, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
Security matters: We’re ISO27001 certified, so you’ll need to complete regular training and adhere to our policies to keep sensitive info safe.
