Through the merger of Bank Australia and Qudos Bank we’re creating a better, stronger and more resilient bank for our customers and employees. As one company with two trusted brands, we’re building on the strong foundations of our history and shared values as we bring together the best of both banks.

The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in delivering marketing and engagement strategies for both Qudos Bank and Bank Australia, driving member engagement, supporting retail and broker networks, and managing sponsorships and third-party partnerships.

This role oversees member communications, special projects, and interest rate updates across customer-facing channels, ensuring timely and consistent messaging. With a strong focus on member engagement, the specialist coordinates the monthly campaign calendar, branch events and broker marketing.

Additionally, the role manages Qudos Bank’s sponsorship of Qudos Bank Arena, collaborates with creative agencies for campaign execution, and oversees marketing systems including Eloqua, Intelligence Bank, and Jira to ensure efficient campaign delivery and team operations.
