Marketing Specialist – Lasseters Hotel Casino | Alice Springs, NT

Salary: $68,865 – $78,000 (depending on experience and skill set)
Location: Alice Springs, NT
This is an exciting opportunity to join Lasseters Hotel & Casino, a dynamic and progressive hospitality team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and in-venue channels. This position requires a blend of strategy and hands-on execution, working alongside internal teams, designers, and external partners to enhance the visibility and effectiveness of Lasseters' brand presence.
The Marketing team supports and promotes a wide range of venues and services, including:
Food & Beverage outlets
Crowne Plaza Alice Springs Lasseters Hotel
Alice Springs Convention Centre
Lasseters Casino
Lasseters Health Club & Lavish Day Spa
IRIS properties in Central Australia

Experience & Qualifications
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent (Bachelor level preferred)
2–5 years’ professional marketing experience in hospitality, gaming, tourism, or similar sectors
(Experience requirement may vary depending on qualifications)
Experience developing and managing marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Understanding of content systems such as XIBO or WYMAC
Experience developing EDM & SMS campaigns, including POS-integrated systems (e.g., TalkBox)
Strong digital marketing capability; exposure to B2B is advantageous
Competence with CMS / WordPress and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Social media marketing expertise across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X/Twitter
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Experience with video production and/or audio editing
