Join G&Light Homes – a fast-growing residential construction and property development company. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Auckland. This role is ideal for someone with qualifications or experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand promotion.
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Hours per week: Minimum 30 hours
Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Hourly rate: $32 to $36 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to support company growth in construction and property development.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across TradeMe, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and company website.
Create engaging content, including short videos, social media posts, and promotional materials.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
Manage the promotion of house and land packages and building materials through online and offline channels.
Organise and promote brand events, workshops, and developer activities to engage target audiences.
Analyse marketing data and campaign performance to improve campaign effectiveness and lead conversion.
Manage marketing budgets and timelines to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field (such as Marketing, Digital Media Design, Advertising, etc.) OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Solid understanding in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Skills in video editing, graphic design, or visual communication are highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; ability to speak Chinese or Korean is a plus but not mandatory.
