We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The Role
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s residential building services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on the residential property market, analysing buyer demand, competition and regulatory requirements to identify opportunities for housing projects.
Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential building services, including project positioning and digital promotion.
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to support brand growth, project promotion and lead generation.
Evaluate campaign performance and buyer behaviour to improve marketing effectiveness.
Analyse market data, customer preferences and industry trends to support project positioning and development.
Provide advice on pricing for custom homes and residential building projects.
Manage marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including brochures, display home content and advertising materials.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding and effective campaign delivery.
Who We Are Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content platforms and online advertising
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Adaptability to a growing business environment with a proactive attitude
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
