The Role
Cachia is seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Specialist to play a central role in its digital marketing and social media efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role is supported by three additional team members handling customer service, marketing, and e-commerce administration.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an energetic environment, enjoys crafting compelling digital content, and understands how to engage online communities. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing content strategies across social media, email marketing, digital advertising, website updates, and contributing to events and photoshoots.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Develop still and video content for organic social media and paid advertising.
Design website banners and other visual assets to support marketing initiatives
Assist in the creative direction of photoshoots and other brand visuals
Social Media Management
Manage and maintain Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring brand consistency and engagement
Schedule, post, and analyse organic social content, optimising reach and engagement
Respond to comments and direct messages, fostering a strong community connection
Drive growth in engagement metrics such as comments, shares, and account reach
Email Marketing & Website Updates
Plan and send marketing emails using Klaviyo, ensuring messaging aligns with campaign objectives
Update website content via Shopify, ensuring product visibility and promotions are effectively communicated
Campaign & Event Support
Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, and UGC-driven initiatives
Support event coordination and promotional activations
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in social media management, digital content creation, and audience growth
Experience with Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platforms); bonus points for automation and audience segmentation skills
Shopify proficiency to manage website updates and content
A fun, creative mind with a positive, ‘get it done’ attitude
Strong ability to create engaging visuals and copy tailored to digital audiences
Passion for brand storytelling and connecting with communities through digital platforms
