Customer Management & Market Support:
Act as the primary contact for export customers, maintaining a comprehensive view of their needs, order history, and market conditions.
Build and nurture professional relationships with export partners to drive long-term growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment, monitoring workflows and resolving issues proactively.
Manage unique labelling, packaging, and regulatory requirements for exports, including GS1 product data maintenance.
Support market development through promotional activities, product launches, samples, and trade events.
Cross-Market Product Information & Artwork Management (Domestic + Export):
Develop and maintain a library of label and carton artwork, handling updates, version control, and approvals.
Oversee GS1 product data reviews, updates, and compliance for all SKUs.
Audit and compile a centralized product information library, including data sheets, specifications, nutritional info, dimensions, photography, and compliance docs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Production, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to provide accurate product information.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Continuous Improvement & Role Evolution:
Streamline processes for product data, export coordination, and artwork.
Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
