Fincity is a financial wellness platform focused on serving consumers through their life’s largest financial decision – buying and financing a home – by enabling “one click” experience. We “sit” at the convergence of proptech and fintech by re-imagining largest asset class – Real Estate and largest industry – Banking.
Responsibilities:
‣ Responsible for setting up Funnel for all ATL and BTL acquisitions
‣ Analyse customer insights and behavior, customer personas, and consumer trends
‣ Interact with Sales teams to understand key challenges and opportunities, and create an action plan to address them
‣ Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creatives
‣ Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
‣ Monitor competition (product, pricing, and new features)
‣ Create a monthly calendar of campaigns for the projects
Desired Skills:
‣ 2 years in the Real Estate industry
‣ Should have handled large project launches
‣ Out-of-the-box thinker who can gather consumer insights and translate them for marketing campaigns
