Summary
We are hiring a Marketing Specialist/business developer to promote our services at Nikali Clinic and help to expand to new locations in Toronto, ON. The Marketing Specialist will oversee and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage customer engagement efforts. The role also involves optimizing sales and enhancing the clinic’s online and offline brand presence through targeted campaigns and effective communication. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business growth plans.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
Identify new market opportunities and outreach channels.
Coordinate with clinical teams to align business strategies with patient care goals.
Manage marketing campaigns to promote clinic services.
Analyze market trends and prepare reports for management.
Support the clinic's mission by fostering community engagement.
Assist with strategic projects and clinical implementations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or Aesthetic/healthcare marketing.
Strong understanding of Aesthetic/healthcare industry dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
Experience with digital marketing and AI tools is a plus.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Knowledge of local healthcare regulations is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is an asset
