You're the catalyst for smoother marketplace operations, single point of contact for buyers and sellers in a marketplace. While sellers concentrate on servicing orders, your tireless contribution puts a smile on all stakeholders (buyer, seller, marketplace and technology provider).
Roles and responsibilities:
Work with internal and external teams on the smooth onboarding of a seller through the onboarding process with compatibility, and catalogue complaint check of the sellerWork with sellers and logistic partners to monitor and facilitate on-time order fulfillment as per the standards of the marketplace to ensure a good buyer experienceFacilitate the issue resolution mechanism between the buyer apps and sellers on returns and refunds to ensure the right dispute resolutions as per the marketplace SLAsWork with buyer apps to get an on-time settlement as per SLAs, and verify the payouts done on each cycle to ensure zero discrepancies. Also, support the finance team in processing on-time settlementsCommunicate the important expectations/SLAs of the Marketplace for the seller to adhere to and work with sellers on their adherence to any new agreement change/Policy releases by ONDC and GOFRUGALPrepare and maintain a dashboard on the on-boarding metrics, order fulfillment metrics, issue resolution metrics, and settlement metrics to help all the stakeholders to take faster decisions
