The Marketplace Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, refine processes, and ensure smooth execution of marketplace-related activities. This includes managing vendor relationships, tracking inventory, ensuring on-time order fulfillment, maintaining operational efficiency, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

• Experience in the FMCG sector or distribution industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; is advantageous.
