With over 20 boutiques and a growing online store, MASKA offers a fast-paced environment where digital commerce, product launches, and retail storytelling come together.
We are looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our online store and digital marketing initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of Shopify operations, product launches, and digital marketing, ensuring that our weekly arrivals and campaigns are reflected consistently across our website, email marketing, and social media.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-driven, visually oriented, and excited to work in a fast-moving fashion environment.
This position offers the opportunity to grow into a broader digital marketing or e-commerce role as our online business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management (Shopify)
Upload and manage new products weekly (images, pricing, variants, tagging)
Write and edit product descriptions
Organize collections and maintain website merchandising
Update homepage banners and campaign visuals
Ensure the website remains visually consistent and up to date
Support improvements to the customer experience and website functionality. Weekly Product Launches
Coordinate online launches for new arrivals
Ensure products, imagery, and descriptions are ready for release
Align website merchandising with current collections and marketing campaigns
This role requires someone comfortable working with weekly product launches, managing multiple SKUs, and coordinating marketing campaigns around inventory availability.
Email & SMS Marketing
Build and schedule weekly newsletters tied to product arrivals
Support SMS campaigns and product drop notifications
Assist with maintaining automated email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase)
Monitor campaign engagement and performance
Social Media Coordination
Coordinate and schedule Instagram posts and stories
Work with boutiques to gather content
Assist with creating simple graphics or editing short-form video content
Ensure social content aligns with product launches and marketing campaigns
Agency Coordination
Act as the internal point of contact for MASKA’s external digital advertising agency
Provide product information, visuals, and campaign timelines
Ensure landing pages and website merchandising support active marketing campaigns
Monitor website performance and communicate opportunities for improvement
Campaign Planning & Coordination
Participate in weekly planning of product launches and marketing initiatives
Work closely with leadership to align digital campaigns with new arrivals and seasonal collections
Qualifications
Experience working with Shopify (required)
Experience managing Instagram or social media for a brand
Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Omnisend or Klaviyo
Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and strong visual sensibility
Nice to Have
Experience working in fashion or retail e-commerce
Experience managing high product turnover or frequent product launches
Basic understanding of digital advertising or e-commerce analytics
