Communications Respond to and deal with catalogue queries from customers on product details, availability, delivery times and other associated queries. Assist the Materials Management Supervisors in creating and managing relationships with end users and suppliers to develop product knowledge and other relevant information. Attend meetings with Trust Stakeholders and Suppliers as and when required in support of the Materials Management Supervisors. Attend Departmental meetings as and when required.

Demonstrate excellent communication and Customer Service Skills. The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and promote safeguarding by implementing the Trusts policies and procedures, acting promptly on concerns, communicating effectively and sharing information appropriately.
