About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Content Creator / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop high-quality study materials for students across all standards (from Nursery to Std 10) following the CBSE curriculum. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and comprehensive learning content, including PowerPoint presentations, worksheets, lesson plans, and answer sheets, aimed at enhancing classroom teaching and home study experiences. Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

Develop subject-specific lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, worksheets, practice questions, answer sheets, and other study materials.
Create content across all standards, from Nursery to Std 10, in line with the CBSE curriculum.
Design engaging and interactive learning resources that cater to diverse student needs (visual learners, auditory learners, etc.).
Ensure all content is age-appropriate, clear, and easy to understand for students of different age groups.
Align all content with the prescribed CBSE guidelines and best educational practices.
2. Curriculum Development:

Stay updated with the latest CBSE curriculum changes and ensure all study materials reflect these updates.
Ensure content is practical and effective for real-world classroom applications.
3. Customization & Adaptation:

Create content that can be easily adapted for digital learning platforms, printed resources, and hybrid classroom settings.
Tailor lesson plans and worksheets to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles.
4. Content Review & Quality Assurance:

Ensure all created content is error-free, consistent, and follows a clear structure.
Provide solutions for common problem areas in student learning through well-structured and thorough answer sheets.
5. Feedback Incorporation:

Incorporate feedback from teachers, students, and stakeholders to refine and improve the content.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of materials and make necessary revisions to ensure quality.
6. Subject Matter Expertise:

Act as the subject matter expert for Maths, offering deep insights and knowledge to support the creation of high-quality educational content.
Skills & Qualifications:

Educational background: Specific expertise in CBSE curriculum areas is essential. A degree in Education or a related field (e.g., M.A., B.Ed., M.Ed.) will be considered an additional advantage.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in content development for educational purposes, with a focus on CBSE-based materials, is preferred. However, freshers with a strong passion for education and content creation are also encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum: In-depth understanding of the CBSE curriculum and educational methodologies for K-10 standards.
Content creation skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Publisher and other educational tools/software. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
Creative & engaging writing skills: Ability to break down complex topics into simpler, engaging, and digestible content for students.
Attention to detail: High level of accuracy in preparing content, including grammar, formatting, and logical structuring of learning materials.
Time management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams, educators, and other stakeholders.
