Job Overview
As a Customer Success Associate at CheckinAsyst, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring their success with our products and services. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide support to help them achieve their desired outcomes. In this role, you will be an advocate for the customer, representing their interests within the organization.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building relationships and providing outstanding service and support.
• Understand customer needs and objectives, and provide guidance on how to best use our products and services to achieve their desired outcomes.
• Monitor customer usage and behavior to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and work with the sales team to close new business.
• Provide onboarding and training to new customers, ensuring they are set up for success from the start.
• Manage customer support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Gather customer feedback and work with the product and development teams to identify and prioritize product improvements and new features.
• Collaborate with other teams within the organization, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and ensure that they are receiving the highest level of service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in our CRM system
• Monitor customer usage and behavior to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing regular communication and engaging with them on a personal level.
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
