• Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews
• Facilitate the on boarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
• Employee Relations and Communication
• Support HR in addressing employee queries and concerns and promoting a positive work environment
• Assist in organizing and managing employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Training and Development
• Coordinate and assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement
• HR Administration and Reporting
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR reports and assist in the analysis of HR metrics to inform decision-making
• Compliance and Policy Implementation
• Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
