Responsibilities:
• Assessing potential suppliers based on their capabilities, quality systems, and adherence to industry standards.
• Ensuring that suppliers understand and can meet the specific dimensional and performance requirements for gear toothing, including pitch, tooth profile, hardness, and surface finish.
• Working with suppliers to optimize their gear manufacturing processes, including gear cutting, heat treatment, and grinding, to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborating with suppliers to establish and improve their quality management systems.
• Developing and implementing inspection plans to verify the quality of gears, including dimensional checks, gear testing, and non-destructive testing.
• Monitoring supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure ongoing quality and delivery performance.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain by fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers by fostering open communication, trust, and collaboration.
• Ensuring suppliers comply with applicable industry standards, regulations, and customer-specific requirements
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks within the supply chain, such as capacity constraints, supplier instability, or changes in regulatory requirements.
• Providing support and guidance to suppliers to help them enhance their capabilities, improve quality, and meet customer expectations.

• Experience: 3-5 Years
