Job Description
Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Manage and optimize ad budgets to ensure efficient use of spend and maximize return on investment.
Develop A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and offers to improve campaign performance.
Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad assets and provide feedback based on performance data.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Scale successful campaigns and troubleshoot underperforming ones.
