What you’ll do
End-to-end campaign management for all client and agency campaigns for your designated sales team
Create an excellent client experience by having a client-centric focus and acting as one touch point offering pre, during, and post-campaign support to clients and agencies.
Manage the inventory and availability for sale
Deliver seamless campaign management from inception, approval, bookings processing, through to production and implementation and post campaign service.
Responsible for production workflow management and reporting on statuses and SLA’s
Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive Cartology's business requirements
Report on campaign workflows and capacity including adherence to required timeframes
What you’ll bring
Knowledge of Excel, Word & Powerpoint is essential
Media Operations, Shopper, Customer, Trade Marketing or Agency experience within the FMCG environment or customer-centric business is highly desirable
Clear communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients

What you’ll do
