About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for startups and linear platforms, building and maintaining strong relationships with both.
Media Brief Management: Collect detailed media briefs from startups and relay them effectively to linear platforms to facilitate media planning and execution.
Media Planning Support: Collaborate closely with linear platforms during media planning and buying processes to ensure alignment with startup objectives.
Audience Insights: Analyze and understand the startup's target audience to derive actionable insights and relevant data points for campaign success.
Campaign Evaluations: Oversee pre-sale evaluations, including media recommendations, and post-sale analyses to measure performance against KPIs.
Strategic Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to startups, providing valuable input to optimize media strategies and achieve business goals.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
4-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the linear operations or media planning space.
A strong understanding of media buying, planning, and execution processes.
Proven ability to interpret media briefs and translate them into actionable plans.
An analytical mindset with a keen ability to derive insights from audience data.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
