Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Associate Attorney position should possess the following qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical malpractice defense litigation
Exceptional knowledge of federal and state laws related to healthcare and medical malpractice
Proven track record of representing clients in court and achieving favorable outcomes
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Superior written and verbal communication abilities

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
