The ideal candidate for the Associate Attorney position should possess the following qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical malpractice defense litigation

Responsibilities
As an Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to
Representing healthcare professionals and institutions in medical malpractice defense litigation
Conducting legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies

Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court proceedings

Providing legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are adequately protected
