About this role

We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work in our Echuca clinic. This role is a full time, permanent position with flexibility working Monday to Friday shifts between 7.45am-5.30pm with varied shifts.

What will you be doing?

Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
Providing excellent customer service and patient care
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers
Our Ideal Candidate

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Customer service Experience
Experience in reception and administration is preferred, however not essential as comprehensive training is provided
Flexible working autonomously and in a team environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
