Key Responsibilities:
Reception Management: Provide efficient and friendly reception services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors.
Administrative Support: Deliver timely and accurate administrative and clerical support to management, staff, and health unit committees.
Financial Services: Handle financial transactions, process payments, and manage patient billing with precision and confidentiality.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support the delivery of medical, allied, and primary health care services.
Service Excellence: Offer outstanding support to clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience through their healthcare journey.

This is a part time vacancy working 45 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
