• *Job Summary**:
• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement short-term and long-term business development strategies for company growth.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
- Drive patient referral programs to maximize revenue generation, targeting significant revenue growth.
- Coordinate with hospital management to ensure smooth patient onboarding and service execution.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance on a regular basis.
- Conduct market research to track competitor activities and industry trends.
- Train, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve productivity and achieve business targets.
- Organize and manage CMEs and other promotional events to strengthen hospital-doctor relationships.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams, hospital administration, and external partners.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by tracking potential business opportunities.
• *Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in Business Development, Referral Sales, and Hospital Marketing.
- Strong network of doctors and experience working with reputed hospitals.
- Proven ability to drive patient referrals and achieve high revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in handling sales teams, motivating employees, and implementing sales strategies.
- Knowledge of hospital management, TPA services, and healthcare sales.
• *Preferred Experience**:

- Previous roles in healthcare marketing, hospital administration, or sales.
- Experience working with healthcare startups or corporate hospitals.
- Ability to handle distributor networks and C&F agents for hospital channel management.
