About the Role

Datamatrix Technologies is hiring a Medical Virtual Assistant to support front-desk operations for a U.S.-based healthcare provider. This is a remote, full-time role for someone who is confident, professional, and speaks excellent English.

You will be regularly communicating with U.S. patients, providers, and staff, so strong verbal communication and a clear, friendly phone presence are essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Call patients to confirm appointments (day before)

· Collect on patient statements

· Receive and process referrals; request medical records

· Schedule patient visits and procedures

· Provide customer support via phone and email

· Update patient data in EHR/EMR systems

· Handle all communication with professionalism and HIPAA compliance

Requirements

· Excellent spoken and written English

· Confident and clear when speaking with U.S.-based patients and clients

· Previous experience in U.S. healthcare or medical office

· Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems

· Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines

· Own computer/laptop, reliable internet, and quiet workspace

· Available full-time during Eastern Time Zone (EST) business hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
