Responsibilities
• Proficiency in creating detailed project deliverables
• Submit and present MEP concept designs to clients and architects for review
• Work with BIM modellers and drafters to prepare detailed MEP design documents, including drawings, BOQs, and tender documents
• Work with client teams for necessary approvals
• Supporting the project execution team through the implementation phase
Qualifications
• 5+ Years of Experience
• Experience in collaborating with design teams and architects
• Ability to present and discuss MEP design concepts with clients and architects
• Revit MEP modelling knowledge and proficiency in working with BIM modellers and drafters
