Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Executive in Tendering & Costing, located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, analyzing technical requirements, and coordinating with relevant teams for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects. The MEP Executive will also handle cost control, negotiate with vendors, and ensure compliance with industry standards and project timelines.
Qualifications
Expertise in Tendering, Cost Estimation, and Budgeting within the MEP domain
Proficiency in Electrical Systems, Mechanical Systems, and Plumbing Structures
Strong skills in Vendor Management, Negotiation, and Cost Control
Ability to analyze technical documents and prepare detailed project reports
Excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination abilities
Proficiency in relevant software for project planning and costing (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, estimation tools)
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in MEP project tendering and cost analysis is an advantage
Knowledge of industry standards
