Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management:
• Develop, implement, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns from concept to execution.
• Set up and optimize Meta Ads Manager campaigns (e.g., lead generation, conversions, engagement, etc.).
• Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to ensure ads reach the most relevant users.
• Optimization & Performance Monitoring:
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, audience targeting, and other ad variables to optimize performance.
• Regularly optimize ad budgets and bids based on performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Creative Collaboration:
• Work closely with the creative team to develop high-quality ad creatives (images, videos, and copy).
• Ensure ads align with brand messaging and objectives while maintaining creativity and engagement.
