Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Technical Consultant
Job Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and customize extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement APIs, integrations, and custom reports within Business Central.
• Conduct performance tuning and code optimization.
• Participate in discussions on solution architecture and new implementations.
• Provide ongoing technical support for BC customizations and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, QA teams, and project managers to ensure solution quality.
• Maintain accurate and updated technical documentation and follow development best practices.
Skills:
• 3–4 years of development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV/BC).
• Strong proficiency in AL language and experience working in Visual Studio Code.
• Familiarity with C/AL and past upgrade projects is a plus.
• Experience with SOAP/ODATA APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, and exposure to Power BI/Power Automate is beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD pipeline management.
