Demonstrated interest in building a labor and employment practice
Admission to the Connecticut bar is required

Job description
Robinson+Cole, a Vault “Top Ranked” Am Law 200 firm, seeks an associate with at least three years of employment and/or labor law experience to join its Hartford or Stamford office. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated attorney who wants to be an integral part of a team and build a sophisticated practice focused on counseling, compliance, workplace investigations, training, litigation, representation before state and federal agencies, board advisory work, and labor matters.
The successful candidate will work with a practice group of lawyers regularly recognized by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, Connecticut Super Lawyers, and The Best Lawyers in America©. Candidates must have excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills; knowledge and understanding of Connecticut state and federal court procedural and evidentiary rules; proven project management skills; experience in providing practical and creative advice and client solutions; demonstrated ability to work directly with clients to provide quality representation and service; and be able to effectively supervise junior associates and staff.
Ideal Qualifications
