Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Excellent in MS Excel (H-lookup, V-lookup, Pivot Table & Pivot Table Chart, Charts, Forms, data validation, Conditional formatting etc.)

2) Tracking daily sales report using different mode of excel sheet.

3) Maintaining Primary sales, Secondary sales, Offtake Sales, Collection and Stock inventory in Excel.

4) Prepare the data and analaysing in different view like – Sales Growth, Target vs Achievement, Profit and Loss, Distributor wise, Region wise and Sales team wise Performance Report.

5) Incentive Calculation on different criteria as per incentive structure for SR, SO, SSO, ASM, BDM, RSM & HOD.

6) Prepare & developed new format in Excel as per management requirement using Advance Excel Formula.

7) Prepare KPI data for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly review in Excel using Advance Excel Formula.

8) Receiving and downloading data from different - different Portal, different Area, Cleaning, formatting and compiling data using EXCEL.

9) Prepare and Update All Master Data Like – Product Master on daily basis. Prepare daily, Weekly, Mid-Month and Monthly reports like team tracking, sales report, productivity report, DSR, DAR, target v/s achievement (value & volume wise),

10) Handling multiple reports, working with formulae, pivot tables & pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data.

11) Updating Data Tracker and MIS Dashboard on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

12) Interacting with team through scheduled daily / weekly Business Conversation by Email and telephonic.

13) Making advanced presentation in MS PowerPoint to present MIS & other related important reports.

14) Sending MIS Reports to Our HODs like (Finance Department, Sales Department & HR Department, and Operation Department etc.)

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
