• Vendor management, Negotiations, Budget controlling.
• Event organizing, arranging Meetings, Guest Management.
• Establishment & Maintenance of all assets, Logistics.
• Responsible for General insurances of the company.
• Management of House Keeping and Security Services
• Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
• Taking care of inbound and outbound couriers and bills and purchase orders
• Maintain and replenish inventory.
• Responsible for Stationary & Safety equipment's.
• Ensure to maintain hygienic environment at Office premises.
• Travel Management, Calendar Management, Hotel bookings & Flight bookings
• Any task given by the line manager and handling Situation based admin works.
Requirements:
• Should have bachelor degree from a recognized university.
• Should have minimum 4 - 7 years of admin function experience.
Skills:
• Enthusiastic, creative, confident and self - motivated professional.
• Able to communicate in Efficient English, Hindi & Telugu.
• Good administrative & Interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have a very keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of MS Office is a must.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
