Responsibilities:

Ø A field admin executive is a professional who works remotely in the field to provide administrative support to an organization.

Ø They are responsible for a variety of tasks, including planning and scheduling meetings, organizing documents, maintaining databases, and coordinating travel and event logistics.

Ø Theymayalsoberesponsibleforprovidingtechnicalsupporttofieldstaffandcustomers.

Requirements and skills:

1. Sites visit

2. Highlights the issues

2. Any issues to resolve within their boundaries.

3. Coordination with HO for any expenses done for repair & maintenance (pre-

approve cases).

4. Any repair & maintenance will be done under their supervision/presence.

5. Logistics handle to the stores.
