Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to international customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Meet performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, issue resolution time, and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
• Technical Knowledge & Experience:
• Mandatory: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Active Directory, O365, DNS, DHCP, and Networking (for experienced candidates in an International Process).
• Strong knowledge and experience in Active Directory, O365, EPS, Microsoft products, DNS, DHCP, RFC, and OneDrive.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational offs.
• Experience Level: Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year of tech support experience is preferred.
