Senior Android Mobile App Developer - Up to £60,000 - Remote

Bright Purple are on the lookout for an Senior Android Mobile App Engineer to help expand our clients code base for multiple uses of their technology and to implement new features. If you are a self starter who is excited by new technologies then this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing:
• Work on multiple in house Apps and Libraries
• Working alongside the Lead Mobile App Engineer and other Senior Engineers to maintain and optimise the App architecture, libraries and development lifecycle.
• Design and build advanced App features.
• Independently craft technical solutions by applying solid Object-Oriented-Design principles.

What we are looking for:
An experienced Senior Android Mobile App Developer who has experience leading and building complicated apps.
• Native Android commercial development experience
• Knowledge of the Android SDK and best practice architectural patterns
• Comfortable with modern Android development and Kotlin
• Will to adhere to best practices in OO development and leave well-structured code in your tracks
• Understanding of Androids design principles and interface guidelines
• Writing code using unit/feature tests
