If you’ve built solid relationships with Real Estate Agents, Accountants, Solicitors or other key referrers, this is your opportunity to turn those connections into a thriving business. Working flexibly and independently, you’ll use your established network to attract and support customers throughout their home ownership journey — from the first conversation to settlement and beyond.
You’ll be the face of Westpac in your community, offering tailored lending solutions and a seamless experience that keeps customers — and referrers — coming back. And with access to a full suite of banking products, you’ll be able to add even more value, helping customers with their broader financial needs while strengthening long-term relationships.

What do I need?
Strong ability to foster customer relationships starting with a referral network of external partners; experience in maintaining such networks is essential.
Proven experience working in a customer-facing organisation, particularly in lending.
Comprehensive knowledge of the home lending process.
Solid people skills to make customers feel confident and well-supported.
Consistently exceed customer expectations through exceptional service and relationship-building.
